as sea troot mentioned fish wider parts of river on big tides. personly i would try right handside of mill dam its about widest par of river,not many people fish there and its a canny shot. couple of years ago well know angler (alex harvey) was runner up in s/s open fishing that area. its also nice place to fish. ps, watch it be chocker saying as ive mentioned it on foram. tight lines.:thumbup::thumbup:

just back from the Walkway fish 1 hour Ebb and 1 hour Flood had 3 Codling best 33cm,a Eel around the 2lb mark along with 2 good Coalfish best was 44cm and a nice Lobster all on fresh Crab tide was picking up strong as I came away ..

just crab mate,but you will only be able to fish 2 hours over low water and the same over high as the tide will make the rest impossible .
