50-60p is going rate at the moment and the crab aint usually that big at the moment depends where ya collecting from

keep the crab to yourself then sell in the winter for a quid then them that put off at the price will soon pay it . Do these people relise the graft it takes to get them.I collect my own over the space of 3 days i did 6 tides for 500ish but could not stand straight for 2 days after that.So the people that have not collected crab give it a go then you will relise how hard it can be and why the lads charge up to a quid

i know how hard it is to collect crab i collect them myself but due to family and work commitments i sometimes buy them to save time and like i said who's gonna pay 75p when the shops have them for 70p

checked all local tackle shops today the ones that had crab in were 80p to 100p and they were small must be hens

I was lucky the other week bought crab at 50p YES 5Tp per crab...once in a lifetime opportunity...

check the shops again pal and you'll find a shop in whitley bay that has them in for 60p for fresh and 75p for frozen

who is going to pay 75p plus for crabs, the poor angler who when he tries and collects crabs, cant find any because somebdoy else has collected them all.
