Penn Battle 7000

My friends just bought a Penn Battle today, could some one Please tell me if, after you have cast out and start turning the handle to retrieve the slack, should the bail arm automatically click back over to the wind in position ?

Thanks for the reply Alan, I did say to my mate if that was the case then he wouldn't have the problem of the bail arm shooting on in mid cast and causing a crack off, Cheers.
