Political Correctness

I started reading one of the sites and apart from it's absolutley ****poor design :D soon got bored of the thinly veiled racism and regurgitation of urban myths designed to get little englanders all of a Tiz

Just to counter a couple -

Whiteboards in education are called "Whiteboards" you can even get interactive ones :o

The Epilepsy Society have never objected to the term "BrainStorm" and guess what brainstorming is normally called "Brainstorming" where I work.

Ell, most of our staff have whiteboards, called interactive whiteboards so that they feel more intergrated. Me? I'm holding on to my blackboard but the kids tell me I can't call it a blackboard - it's got to be called a chalkboard. OK says I - I'll call it Chalkie for short.....................................

To be continued

People must have too much time on there hands to read through all that rubbish, granted alot of the politically correct stuff is OTT but as Ell says you soon get bored.
We had a delagation of Students from Newcastle University, all Black and foreign, one of the lads i work with is called Chalky because his second name is White,he was introduced to the students who all Pee'd themselves laughing.........one of the students said "if my name was White would i be called Chalky" :D...........The Whiteboard patter was apparently funny when they had a briefing........."we used Blackboards at school",great bunch of students who enjoyed there visit........I think political correctness is frowned upon by all walks of life ;)
