roeder

Looks like Liverpool and Arsenal had better look over their shoulders next season then,as Roy "I've watched Man Utd and Chelsea, and they don't scare me" Keane, and Sam "Ive always wanted the Newcastle job as they are the biggest club in the world" Allardyce(Allegedly) are going to get two Champions league places and the F.A AND League cups between them.:p  :D :red: ;)

suprised he lasted this long.

One day, in a land far far away, freddie shepherd will finally learn cheapest ain't always best, robson aside who he right royally shafted, every one we've had sice keegan has been the cheapest of the options available.

might be just the thing to get the takeover potential going again though

Sam allardyce! yeah great, but then who we gonna get come january??

so our target for 2008 season... to be only slightly more mediocre than this season (until owen is either flogged on gets injured!)

Yep ,you have got to hand it to fred ,once again he takes the back page headlines on what should have been S/lands day of plaudits for winning the league (again) - (i cant remember my mates sending txt msg when they were sent down with less points in the history of football, but thats another story) ,but all the back pages will have the sacking of roader , and then you will need to turn the page for all other news of the football issues. Sad but very true - and i dont think it will be Big Sam .

owen will be away

he's not Irish so thats sunderland ruled out!

He's English, so thats chelski ruled out

he can string a sentence together so thats man united ruled out

he hasn't got an ASBO so thats arsenal, liverpool, spurs, and West ham rulled out

he doesn't own a whippet and isn't fond of black pudding so thats blackburn, bolton and wigan rulled out...

Steve Coppell:

If your reading this....

for sale: 1 Footballer, low mileage, been kept in the garage since last MOT, little use, been serviced at no expense spared, several previous owners. Sale due to complete lack of integrity by current owner and upcoming redundancy (if only!)

If you're reading this, you can have him for a whole season for £100,000 (he'll only play 1 game though and you be paying him that every week to play golf in Florida whilst he's injured)

From the few glimpses I've seen of owen he's back sharper than ever, in terms of value for money his wages are peanuts in comparison with the likes of Dyer.

I'd be very surprised if Allardyce went to the toon.

As long as shearer is still in the picture, big sam would only be seen as a stop-gap manager, and do you think he'd put up with that?

The only reason he'd go would be for an obscene amount of money, but that would never compensate him for his loss of credibility as a manager when he fails where so many have failed before him.

The problem at that club lies higher than managerial level....keep up the good work freddie !!!

chomp chomp chomp

watch out keano ...................... WHEN SHEARERS ABOUT NEXT YR

lets organize a sweepstake for next seasons sunderlands points tally ,, ille grab the 28 point mark

newcastle will bag 52 points and miss out on europe again [ for the information of sunderland fans europe is a competion between teams that do well in the premiership and teams from abroad ]

lol

Oh dear....you still believe in fat freddie, don't you ?

And she-ra hasn't got the guts to take control.

not the case of guts, just common sense, any manager is doomed whilst fat freddie is at the helm, you lot should know that more than most, with the dedicated bob murray leading you knowhere all these years

nice to see that the chips on the shoulders of sunderland's supporters haven't faded during there spell in obscurity though (cheesey chips any one??)

whenever these discussions pop up on here its always seems to be the sunderland supporters that wade in with the bile and the vitriol.

the toon fans and the smoggies offer welcoming noises, but the sunderland fans can only be bitter, hope all that bitternes doesn't come back and bite you next season

so newcastle are getting an ex sunderland defender as manager

probably be more than we deserve! Lee Clark FFS least watford will go out on a win!

Allardyce to be confirmed later in the week apparently, so here we go again

all together now "we're **** and we know we are we're **** and we know we are"
