Perfect conditions, dying SE'ly about 8 lads out.

Never had a bite, bait untouched, tried every trick in the book.

Never saw anyone land a fish.

Even chucking a ball of mussel in the gutter could not tempt a wee crab. Wonder what's up?

3 or 4 seasons ago in same conditions I had 6 species out and in similar conditions early season have had 4 or 5 small codling out.

Strange?

keep going back every nights different can be nowt there and the next night loads of fish,funny sport fishing .

aye it's a funny old game...still enjoyed it!

Every part! 1st gulley in front of pub, second/third gulleys right and left of old pipe, cross hole, ice cream hut hole and then onto rocks...
