Roker Pier Today(01.05.12)

Fished the pier today for a couple of hours before they shut it due to high winds, not much catching, my mate got a nice dab and I got a FLOUNDER!!, had to explain to him that sometimes flounders have orange spots, but he wouldn't have it. was convinced it was a plaice. dont worry i'll keep you right (pmsl).

Cheer's for the excellent link mate, but have a confession to make it was me who thought it was a Plaice:red::red:, as it had a boney ridge behind its eyes and orange spots also it was very light in colour, but what i didn't know was plaice are smooth all over.

was just trying to wind our mate up.
