The pics were taken 3 hours into the ebb, i think a lot of thought would have to go into launching if easterlies were due around low water on a decent tide.:)

Aye Chris i'm off out again today, with the missus earning brownie points so when she asks "Where are we going this weekend" and i say "I'm going fishing" she can't complain.
I've taken her to Whitby, Scarborough, Royal Quays, Metro Centre, Sunderland, Seaham and bought her handbags, clothes ,make up etc etc, and we think it's costly owning a bloody boat :o,,,please god, give us some westerlies...:(:D;)

On the swell in the dock area...it didnt seem too bad and i think the lads mooring there will know the area well enough not to get caught out by the tides and weather...:)

definatly fingers crossed for the westerlys to come along soon chris, that must be atleast two months worth of weekends in loo then when youve been splashing out on handbags and everything else:D:D (hope youve failed to mention that the winds stopping you going out and your just going out to spend some quality together;))

Been to wolsingham this afternoon chris, so plenty points in the bag for all these fishing trips coming up. Can't fool the missus regarding the weather though, she's been married to a fisherman for 29 years so she knows all the tales and scams and even wind directions.:(

Was informed yesterday that completion for Seaham marina is now july/august. Well there is no way im missing the summer so looks like i will be back in sunderland.
