the cost of material's for the size of shed your talking about, would be roughly £200, then some1's time.

that would be a strong shed, not fence panel's.....!

It will cost u at least £300 for the materials to build a quality shed. And £200 for any quality joiner to build it. U only get what u pay for these days.

I bought one a couple of months back from Peterlee Sheds, it is 8x8 and made from good quality tongue and groove, it cost £500, nice job....

That's a fair price for a hand made and built shed mate. They tend to go for about £250-£350 for that size for a half decent one and you would need I build that yourself aswell (which I would recommend as it is very easy!)
