bought a brand new washing machine,cash,less than 30days ago,from a well known store.now its £60 cheaper.have i got anychance of a refund.?
Sounds like yev been taken to the cleaners reg.

.never mind the bloody poss tub @ mangle,thing.our lass wanted same blower,put my foot down,so im still using 100% my faithfull brush @ shovel.lol.

Thought argos did a 30 day refund policy if not happy
.i read conditions,if faulty @ still in origanal package.LOL.then you can get a full refund.im going into ARGOS today,to give my 5p worth.will let yous no the out come,thanks for replys,ps,not looking promisisome is it.

Tell them its faulty, you have to remove the packaging to use it so they cant use that excuse. They will only know if its faulty if they send someone to try it, at theyre expense too, get your coin back and buy the same one at lower price!
Argos usually dont argue, we bought full camping set up and it was fine until it rained and it leaked like a sieve, I yarked the tent down threw it in the car and dragged it into the shop, dumped it on counter and demanded coin back as it wasnt fit for purpose, money back no probs, had free tent hire for a week courtesy of argos!

In all my years of dealing with customer service, I have never ever had any complaints with Argos.
I remember queuing outside on the launch day of PS4 from 3am to be first in queue in Alnwick for my kids Christmas present...Knew there had been some in stcok and you couldn't pre-order/reserve online at the time....Manager opened up at 9am and told us the stores quota of 4 consoles had sold out online somehow??
After 10 seconds of pussy cat eyes, he guaranteed all of us who queued the next batch due in the following day and true to his word it was there!
In my opinion they will try their best for you
