Small point... Bob Lydon mentioned me \"not forgetting he had said he wanted one\" in the previous round of euphoria which, no doubt, was around 23.00 one night and of which I have absolutely no categorical memory of. TC if you can revive the post... super... if not TELL ME AGAIN... \'cos when you get to my age (as AC knows) you can remember the number of codling you caught in the winter of 1977 but not what you said yesterday.

yesterday when was that. September 23rd 9-41pm. 8lb cod Blyth beach, black lug bait, pure white had just come out of deep water totally unmarked.

Back to reality.... I\'ve just received the proof.... bl**dy hell it looks like a photocopy... Quick phone call reveals that\'s how it should look, it\'s only to make sure everything\'s in the right place... I hate being ignorant of these things. Anyway, through it I goes and all the last lot of info I gave to the guy in Brighton - ISBN number, copyright info, publishers details, acknowledgements............. none of it there. What that means is that the printers can\'t meet their next shipping date - 19th of Sept. so it looks like it\'ll be a fortnight after that as they only ship every fortnight. Getting tired of this now but will kjeep you up to date.
