Met Stores today for the match his winning bid got him, thoroughly nice fella. had a bit crack re his book, and Ill definitely be having one when it gfoes to print, nice touch, that, a tribute to his Dad.
Pity the game was a draw but never mind.

Just after 11.15 and just got home. Can\'t say St James\' looks anything like it did when I last scored there (1969) but Paul looked after me very well though half an hour late.... (the drink?) and made me pay at half time ...(the drink!!) and wanted free copy of the book......... just made that up lol
Thoroughly enjoyed myself though the last time I was there the programme was sixpence, the pie was a shilling and a pint was what you had up your trouser leg, inside pocket
