picked up my BRAND SPANKIN NEW zziplex M4 Evo today after having it built by stan THE man parkin (top job). I WILL wave my zziplex willy around!!! lol

be proud to own such fine english craftsmanship , nice rods them m4 evo but so is every zzippy wish i was a rich man doooby dooby dooby doo

Wrong really, I could buy a zziplex if i wanted to but I have no interest in buying one, my 20 year old daiwa amorphous whisker and my leeda icon do me.

The do a perfectly adequate job and i am not really bothered about the butt sticker on my rod and keeping up with the jones.

Fair play to those who can cast 150 yards with bait though, I wish i could take the time time to learn but many other things come first.

the daiwa amorphous whisker range were brilliant rods , and years ahead of there time , i used the 129 model , and was the only none zziplex rods i had faith in , they stopped masking them apparently because they could not get hold of the amorphous braid , they were a true phase taper design , and if they were to make them today they would still be a hell of a rod imho

I am mate, and privileged enough to have had it built by the best in the business (imo) but honestly mate im far from a rich man, got left some money in a will so thought I'd treat mesell, cheers, mick. And leadchucker im not going to get into colour warz with you mate especially when youve got the same colours as the big fella! !
