Did anyone see the local news tonight regarding the clarity of sea water and its suitability for bathers at some of the north east fishing hot spots including Seaton Sluce and Seaham due to the weather storm drains overflowing, farmers fields running off into the rivers and sewage outlets having run off into the rivers. Dose this mean that the fish we get from these hot spots will be inedible? The local councils should have a plan in place to stop this happening, it will damaged local communities by not having visitors, may stop some of us from fishing best spots, what are your thoughts on this news?
