Well the weathers rubbish so what else to do .....
For the many that have have shown interest here is a little rundown of the current Slinky Family of plastic lures ... well, the seas too big to fish anyway so the igarage always looks a good bet ...
Slinky Kate ......... hence the code
SK-xx
Firstly a couple of copies of existing Lures ... to get sorted with the process, we no longer cast these now and prefer to make our own designs
SK-1 a small Shad and from the first carving by Tony ...
SK-2 a slightly bigger shad .. From Myself
SK-3 an altogether bigger shad
SK-4 A Twintail .....
SK-5 A Grub ... aimed at wreck fishing
SK-6 A rather Plumper Shad this one again carved by Tony
SK-7 smaller Grubs aimed at the spring run of close in codling
Then , the full Family to date
To add to these I currently have two moulds in the final cure condition one a Large Twintail the other a gummie mac with the line moulded the full length of the lure, and I hear Tony is whittling away during the bad weather spell
look forward to that one.
Roll on the decent weather I'm going stir (shad) crazy
I hope this is of some interest ...
Cheers
