Tip tornado tournament

Hi folks, I'm after some information on the above rod. I've recently been given it but I'm not sure what its suited for? It seems quite stiff. Can anyone help? Cheers

Alright m8 this rod would be best used for piers,rockedges,heavy beach work clifftops etc.It will be a bit stiff for any light fishing pritty pokey rods mate
