I would really like to reccommend a tackle shop I came across in the Sea Angler. Been looking for a Shakespeare Beta box and Conversion kit for a few weeks now and local tackle shops (Alnwick area) were not very competitive so looked on-line and in tackle mags. came across Torbay Angling. £54.99 for box and Breakaway kit, P&P £3.00, on me doorstep next morning. Excellent!!!!

Bought a Tip Tornado Ultra lite from Torbay Angling last year. Came next day with a Century bag chucked in free. Still haven\'t seen it for less than I paid too.

Could I also give a big up to Penn Servicing dept. I ordered a new power handle for me 535 mag on Monday and it arrived yesterday. I am so pleased to see such high standards of service :D

I think its a \"cut throat business\" they must compete and look after there customers to the highest level or you/we will shop else where,i\'ve bought a few things from \"Tony\'s\" and they were spot on as well.
Greys of Alnwick seems to get bad press at the minute for various reasons,i sent them an e-mail regarding a problem i had a while back they were very helpful to me and said they would get back to me at a later date,i was in Alnwick before they replied to me a second time via e-mail so i called in to see them, they could\'nt have been more helpful to me,the item i needed was\'nt available so they fixed me up with something else free of charge. This might sound a bit vague but i was told not to tell everyone as it was a one off favour. The sales team and product manager were excellent that day..
Good manners and respect works both ways

Been fancying a new rod for a while and rang round for prices.
Poingdestres came up £25 cheaper than anyone else and because they had sold out of the reel seat I wanted they gave me free postage.
Ordered the Century Carbon Metal 12.00 yesterday (Thursday) and it arrived 11.30 today(Friday) Cannot fault them.
