You haven't p****d me off PENN525 this for me is 2 headstrong anglers with different views, what's wrong with that? Forums are for debate and this has been a good one. As for blowing your own trumpet, isn't that what any sport ,including angling, is all about. Competition/trophys/how big it was/the one that got away. Ever noticed what some lads have on the bottom of their posts : *** club winner/*** open winner etc. They are proud of what they have achieved.and there,s nowt wrong in that

yours trulys biggest fish off the cliffs was a 14lb 8oz cod taken about two years ago from nigh on the same mark so i think he knows his stuff.it was taken again during a s/s club match.

dont ever tie a fish off....and go back hours later because the fish will be suffocated or drowned and spoiled by crabs...always

Now that is a snide comment.

I have recieved quite a few PMs asking me to finish this thread and I saw no need untill now. Some people just can't leave it alone and this was obviously going to drag on.

Dont think thread should stop great reading, honest opinions by anglers with different views especially when the winds from the west and the sees as flat as a .............. had a similar discussion re who owns the local rivers/traps in the summer which got a little personal. but as its been mentioned earlier its only peoples opinions.

thread has encoraged at least one new member which cant be a bad thing!

525 it would be a shame it your left the nesa and just entered as a guest as its a pleasure to read a thread where opinions are honestly expressed.
