New to nesa so alright lads fished this spot on Sunday with not a thing to show from it was casting long and short baits used was crab rag and macki

Welcome to NESA mate. The walkway can be a good mark but fishes better in the dark I find.

Strange to blank in tyne but every now and again u do. If im struggling to catch at distance I just fish down the side yo save the blank always small stuff down the side. Wellcome to nesa m8 better luck next time

Av seen u cast pal 70 yards max and thats with am100mph wind behind u

Yeah richy was told to keep away from them all..it was awful what they put poor richy through in the back of that van down the dene ..the poor lads still having nightmares..then again was one good outcome it made him come out of the closet to all the lads down the prom

It would have to be dark down tbe dene for ritchie we have standards .and when k take this stone out me shoe will show you how to go on in the tyne like i did the last 3 times we fished it

Plenty of fish normally at the walkway... as Mike has said (Thunderpants), night time sees it fish better in my opinion.... the autumn/winter with mackerel bait can see massive catches of big whiting.... managed a 2hr session last Oct in a t-shirt around midnight after work and landed approx' 2x dozen keepers over 1lb.... like the lads said, normally a banker of a mark. I would try it again!
