Wat rod!!!

Hi lads thinking of getting a new rod soon got about 250 to play with so wat rod would be best value for money i fish rock marks, beaches and piers just need advise on what type people are using and how they rate theres please as theres so much on the market these days cheers :question:

Century Komp S or SS, AFAW Rock, Ron Tompson axellarator (seriously very nice rod). Century CME those are a few. Deffinatley look at the ron tompson mate they retail at £100-130 and are cracking value for money

i use kompresser ss . carnt fault it . my uncle has centry ttr, zippy lt bulit any of the top name rods wil do u on the rocks pal.

Mate try Terry at Reelsport, Dean Road, South Shields, av only been fishing again for the last two months he's been quality with advice and that.
Nee Bulls**t with him.
He does his own rods from Century Blanks av had a lend of one and a love it. Trying to persuade "the enemy" to get me "the Response" model for christmas.
He's got all the Century stuff aswell as Zipplex you might wanna check him out.

I'd go for a wr300 mate, it can pull the plug out but also excellent chucking rod, if yer get yer timing right like.

for that money. with some change i would personally go for sonic sk4 5-7. Got one myself and love it to bits... would strongly think them, despite some negative feedback from a few.

Lewis's had them in at the weekend. They had a second hand one in for £100 which looked in decent nick
