Good riddance. He moaned the site was dead yet he didn't contribute. Moaning about lack of catch reports when he's posted none. Offering ppl on in threads, threatening people and the personal insults. Nee time for ppl like that. Bye Phil, let the door hit you on your way out, hard.

.AGAIN any chance of mods closing this thread.saying as its nearly christmas,how about letting banned members back on nesa {if they want to}.ive noticed scotty91s back on{wellcome back}.how about giving davy 1970 a 2nd chance,{if he wants it}.although some of his posts got abit heated his knowledge aswell as banter were good.SO what do you members think of the situation.

Yes he was and I found the lad very helpful and did contribute quite a lot to this site.
And his for sale bargain's were the best on the site and he did admit to being a tackle tart but liked to buy and swap fishing gear and try different set ups out.Thats what makes a good fishing forum.
He would give you helpful advice by PMs freely and this happened lots of times,well it did for me.
He was hot headed and would sometimes go OTT with his opinion's but he was goaded and provoked by a member on here to possible say the wrong things at times and this can be seen by this thread.

I agree utterly kind man who would help anyone, and he was right the site had gone stale, and is very clicky. Big Phil is respected as being a good fisherman and top bloke amongst his peers he fishes with, but the click goaded him with help from a mod and as they all knew he would bite and he was gone. Bye bye top for sale items, advice and controversy. A nice family man, never mind we have the click, but for the sake of God don't upset them or your gone. Any lads still have his no keep in touch with him. Let's remember we are all members of a fishing forum but we don't own it.

Yeah I intentionally set out to ban Phil after giving him a third chance that's why I sent him a pm asking him if he wanted to remove his personal insults, he declined.
What a crock of crap!!!!
I agree though, there's a definite click on here, those who don't consistently break the rules.
If you think the site is stale & clicky just don't bother logging in, there's loads of other fishing forums.
