Can any 1 tell me how long it should take to charge up my 1600 lm headlight, it's been charging now for 25hrs

Think your batteries gone mate , shouldn't take that long the ultra fire ones take a few hours

Thanks lads, The batteries are charging up and the torch shines bright. It's maybe the charger not cutting off!

is it a charger that glows red/orange when charging and green when charged ?? if it is chances are one of the batteries is duff .

Same problem i had Get another charger i got one of ebay for 8 quid charges two at a time much faster than the one you get with light

My ultra fire take about 4 hrs, blue unmaked ones I got with a cree from China have been on charge since 4am still charging but I get a good 6hrs light out of them 2hrs out of the ultra fire

might be an idea like you say Peter, to get another charger and couple of new batteries. Thanks all for you input.

Yes onefortheroad, when I first got the light a couple of years ago, it charged just as you described, but now the light on the charger doesn't change to green, so, as said, it will be one or the other.

Cheers Peter, how long did you have to wait for delivery. The add says, based in Manchester, but I think the items are shipped from Hong Kong.
