What is your prefered choice of Television Angling Show. I myself prefer the Henry Gilbey programmes such as "Fishing On The Edge" and "Wild Fishing".

Television Angling Shows

A Passion for Angling is my favourite.

The Fishing Adventurer (Cyril Chaquet) fishes some excellent places but he's lethal when it comes to wading and the mentalist even pierced his finger with the tip from a stingray's tail and was hospitalised on the show!

Matt Hayes and Mick Brown's various shows are decent.

Robson Green is a bell end and his programme is

wife loves watching Robson Green fishing so i will afraid to say i will take it as it is fishing if she wants to watch it lol

Henry Gilbey fishing on the edge for me, love it. River Monsters can be good though as the wife doesnt make be turn it off

Big fan of river monsters when ever I see it's on TV when I'm scrolling through.

I've watched a few of the 'Totally Awesome Fishing Show' programs on Youtube and they're pretty good. Especially for newbies wanting to get into fishing.

I have liked them all that has been mentioned including robson, you would sharp get sick if they were all carbon copies of each other, it is great that they are all different in there own way.

don't see Rex Hunt now, he was sacked after being found to be a dirty old man, using girls of leisure and paying black mailers so they wouldn't say. Lost fame and fortune and his family

A lot of lads think Robson Green is a bell ..d but he had a day out of Hartlepool on the boat our kid was crewing on last year and we changed our view.As they walked along the pontoon our kid said"Im Leepy hope you not gonna talk in that poncey Geordie accent all day ya not on channel 5 now"and they had a cracking day taking the mick ,all really enjoyed it.
